Friendly reminder to check what your extra benefits your workplace offers.

Hey guys!

This is just a reminder to check what “other benefits” you may get at work. A healthy worker equals a productive worker who uses less sick days and they know this.

I work in the insurance business, I see under insurance what we and employers can/do offer to employees.

Insurance benefits(look on your insurance website):

Lower cost gym memberships Dedicated health websites (quizzes, trackers) Free certified health coaches. Not always but free yearly check ups (overall health) Member discount programs Dedicated nurses who assist with navigating many illnesses or diseases

(I am in no way representing any insurance right now these may or may not be available to you)

Employer based offers: Free diet programs (I did NaturallySlim for free it’s very costly otherwise) Free on site biometrics screenings Gym or health reimbursements (I get my gym membership reimbursed) Weight watchers (if you’re into that thing) Discounts

Be educated! Look around your corporate website or HR, these benefits add up and can help with your journey!

Edit: Obligatory sorry for the format, I am on mobile.
