Down 75 pounds, under 200 for the first time since middle school.

Hi! Back in March I made the life changing decision to have weight loss surgery. I was 270 pounds, I was deeply depressed, I couldn’t breathe, my knees hurt and I was just all around unhealthy. I am down 75 pounds and I don’t ever remember being this happy! I am super active now, I started hiking and have started doing the 48 4K elevation mountains in the Whites. I can play with my dog like a wild woman, I can chase my nieces and nephews around, I can do whatever I damn well please! This month I started keto and it seems to be very effective. Most importantly I weigh all my food out and generally have 5-6 four ounce meals in the day. I know there is a lot of stigma out there about weight loss surgery but FUCK THAT! I needed help! I took the help! And now I am sooooo happy! Here is a before and after picture. https://instagram.com/p/BmQTwbRHmNIHDgStyQscll6CWndCTts0VuWp900/ Moral of the story, I hope everyone does whatever the hell they can to be happy and healthy. I am so proud of everyone on here and honestly you are all huge inspirations for me on the daily. I love you and keep losing!!!
