Hello folks!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Sunday! I caught more Eevees, did chores & am finishing up meal prep. I'm trying a mushroom spinach tortellini recipe. I'll have to split it into 7 servings but it's jam packed with iron & hopefully tasty!
Weight by end of the month 316 – 318: 317.4 this morning so maybe the whoosh was real, trend weight to 322.
Stay within calorie goal of 1700 (ish): I ended up at 1777 yesterday & today is my maintenance day. I had bison for breakfast & will be having salmon for dinner plus a completely lacking virtue froo froo coffee drink & I'm not sorry.
Exercise 5 days a week: Pokemon walk today, didn't get after it as hard as I wanted to but I got out there. 10 shiny Eevees. 10/12 for the month.
No binges over 500 calories: No issues here today. This is improving. Minus the dreams where I binge eat. BTW, in those dreams, I have the thought of oh no I have to tell you lovely folks of my failure haha.
Spend an hour a week on love journals: Last night. It made me feel feelings in a good way. 2/4 weeks down.
Journal once a week, uninterrupted 60 minutes about stuff that matters: This week I took some time to write out all my crazy dreams lately & I worked over some of the stuff Brain Over Binge made me think about as far as my relationship with food goes. 2/4 weeks down.
