Hey guys, I just wanted to do a quick update after three months. I went from 240lbs to 210lbs in 3 months
Current plan - Cut for 4 more weeks, then start a 12 week clean bulk.
Things that helped me a ton - Set a goal to run a triathlon, ran it. Exercised daily in various forms. Running, cycling, lifting. Nothing insane, but set a goal to be active daily. Took an off day every now and then. I started out eating more of a keto diet watching macros. I eventually threw that out the window and ate healthy and in a caloric deficit. I think thats 90% of the battle. I deal with binge eating disorder so the last 3 months have been a big hurdle for me to get over, especially with two young kiddos at home.
