My “hobbies” basically consist of watching tv and eating garbage. I used to work crazy hours, but when I decided to focus on my “work-life balance” I realized I have no life. I’ve started working out a lot - spin class, running, starting to incorporate some body weight fitness and yoga, but there’s only so much a girl can exercise! I overdid it at the start of my loseit journey so am trying to scale it back a bit.
I need something to do to avoid returning to the couch and consuming an entire pizza, an entire bag of chips, and an entire bottle of wine every night! So far the only thing I’ve come up with is going on long (3-5 hour) walks while listening to podcasts.
What hobbies or activities do you all do to keep active and avoid falling back into bad habits?
