Self sabotaging my progress! Again. For the millionth time...

Hey team,

So here I am, making changes, feeling great, having the odd snack, clothes are fitting better and BAM! The switch is hit and everything is going in my mouth.

'I'll start back tomorrow.... '(where did this mindset come from? it's been gone for so long). Eating so much I actually feel hungover in the morning.

This is certainly not my first rodeo - and I hope that I can push past this and just continue on, but if anyone has any tips, or encouragement that might help me feel less defeated that would be great.
