[NSV] Posted a picture of myself shirtless on Instagram for the first time ever and only was shown positivity!

Over the past few months, I've been on a pretty intense "wellness journey," focusing on bettering myself physically, mentally, and emotionally, and it's been super successful. I've lost 45 pounds, can run a 5k at a 9 minute pace, and have just felt happier and healthier. I've been loving it.

Now, I have a pretty significant social media presence, at least within my circles, and am known for being honest an upfront about my emotions, where I'm at in life, self-love, etc. etc, but for the first time, I finally built up the courage and had the confidence to post a shirtless pic, and it went so much better than expected! Everyone was showing support and even some people came out of the woodwork to remark on how helpful the post was to them. TBH the response made me cry a lot!

It feels good to know that I am allowed to have the life I've always wanted. And it feels even better to know I am supported on this journey. Health is wealth, and we're all capable of being rich.
