NSV: Hit the gym six times last week!

I've posted here a couple times before regarding questions i had regarding dieting and the gym/endurance training/cardio. Today is my 21 day streak counting calories on loseit! I have only gone over my deficit twice and over maintenance once (only by like 200 calories), but I'm finding my diet easy to stick to! I switched to a keto diet this week and haven't experienced keto flu just yet. I feel pretty good all in all, the extra fats I'm consuming fill me up for longer, and I feel pretty great. I've been eating 1800-2000 calories a day for 3 weeks consistently and I've lost 11lbs so far. I don't know if its all water weight, or all fat, or a combination of both because I've been endurance training and lifting weights for a week. I started last Monday, and would do 15-30 minutes of cardio before my workout, and then go into chest and triceps. I would do back/bicep on Wednesday, and legs/shoulders on Friday. Even on Tuesday and Thursday when I wouldn't do weights, I still went and did 30 minutes of cardio!

The thing is, I this weekend I went back home to Miami to spend time with my family, and we rented a hotel at the beach as a staycation for the weekend. We went out to eat every day but I managed to keep my macros and calories in good condition! I even hit the gym both days I was there and did cardio and some more endurance training. I'm feeling super motivated to do work, and have worked on disciplining myself heavily since I started my diet.

I'm starting to notice gains in my face, but sadly have no pictures of me at my starting weight to compare it to. I still feel great!

Here's to another week of dieting and exercise and to a healthy lifestyle.

Good luck to all my fellow losers!
