I binged last night and just undid my last 10 days of calorie deficit. What should I do now?

I am not sure they best way to recover. Firstly I decided I'm not gonna feel guilty about it and not give up (even though my weight hasn't budged for a week grrr).

Should I:

(a) continue to eat at my usual deficit (1400-1500 calories a day)

(b) eat at more of a deficit (1000)

(c) fast

I now the two last options would help average out my long term calorie deficit....but also risk another binge I don't know how much I trust myself.

Would love to hear how other people cope with binged while losing!
