Hey loseit, I hope this is an alright place for this.
I am getting married in August. There's less than 2 months to go to the wedding (7 weeks) and I have no idea what to do.
I am 220 lbs, 6' 2". 220 has been my worst weight. Every attempt to curb my weight has been a fail. I went to the gym back in march, got injured within a month, after 2 months of physio felt better but just never went back.
I now have 7 weeks to lose what i can, and the information out there on the webs is just astoundingly conflicting. Its only calories in/out, its all about no carbs, low fat, 6 snacky meals a day, 2 meals a day, intermittent fasting, who knows? And everyone says just pick something that works for you. How are you supposed to know what works without infinite time to try out all of them?
Sorry this is a bit of rant, I just hope there's someone who can chime in and help, I have 7 weeks to look half decent on the most important day of my life. I'd like to just be under 200. 199 is just fine, just to break that barrier. What's the best way to achieve it in this time?
