30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 26

Hey guys,

Ugh I'm sore today. Yesterday's gym session was more intense than I realised, I woke up today pretty sore and stiff. Luckily, the cure seems to be getting back in the gym and doing it again. I have a feeling tomorrow is going to be very sore.

Month goals:

-Get to 272 lbs - 269.4 New 4 year low and new flair!

-Walk/ take the dog for a walk 3 times a week. - Getting a nice walk in this evening 2/3 on week.

-Stay within my calorie budget everyday. - under today.

-Continue my tracking streak from last month. - Day 121
