Day 1 - Eating disorder years ago, trying to lose it healthy this time

In junior high I had really terrible body image issues and began starving myself. I lost around 30 lbs in just a few months and was so happy (wrongfully so), but loved ones noticed and I got help. I went from a underweight back to a healthy weight, and I haven't had issues with an eating disorder for years!

However, I have put on around 70 extra lbs, and this time I want to focus on maintaining my health while getting the weight off. This will be the first time I really commit to losing weight, but I'm excited about the possibilities and the community here! Weight loss can be a great, self confidence building process, and I'm ready to start!

Quick SV (because technically this is my D1 here, but I started about two weeks ago): I'm 5 lbs down and feel great!
