It never fails to amaze me...

...how inspiring and uplifting and motivating I find this sub. I've had a weird few days. A weekend where I didn't even think about counting, high numbers on the scale Monday, Tuesday, and this morning. Overall bad choices. Feeling intensely like maybe this was the true time I'd fallen off the wagon (almost five full days without tracking! No weight log on Monday!). But then I come here. And all of you are going AT IT. All of you are patting each other on the back or lending a hand to help each other get back on up and brush the dust off. All of you are sharing your insights and your words of encouragement and your fears and above all your will to KEEP GOING. And I snap right back to my motivation. Snap right on back to the reasons I'm doing this, how much better I feel when I'm mindful, when I'm making my food choices instead of letting them make me. Snap right back to the great feeling of making a change in my own life. I know deep in my heart that the progress I've made so far (and the progress I'll continue to make in the future) is because of this sub. Thank you to everyone for being here.
