I see a dietician to help manage my binge eating disorder. She wants to give me super small goals to fulfill instead of big changes at once.
In August she suggested that I cut out drinks with added sugars! A small, simple, doable goal.
I'd say I cut out 80% of my sugary drink habits, which was mostly powerade or Gatorade. I still drank lemonade when out to eat and I drill drank juice at home occasionally.
Well from August to November I lost 14lbs! My dietician has a machine that uses electricity to measure fast and muscle content. 12lbs lost was fat!
I'm in the 250s for the first time since having my baby 2.5years ago. I'm actually SEEING progress and I'm so happy.
My new goal is to get 75grams protein in a day and fiber too to feel fuller longer and stop losing as much muscle.
I feel like this is doable. I feel like there's hope. I feel like I'm not doomed forever.
