Weightloss Diet and Stools

Im 28M started eating clean (no exercise) 5 weeks ago. I started at 134kg and currently weigh around 129kg. I consume about 1700 calories per day, and have 1 cheat day in the week.

Prior to my healthy eating journey I was just eating ultra professional foods and junk, ans surprisingly my stools were fine. However as soon as I started eating clean my stools have been completely out of whack.

Its a mixture of either loose stools (watery yellowish), constipation, or mushy stools. Also there is alot of presence of mucus.

I dont have any body pains, stomach pains, or yellowing of skin nothing. Could this merely be brushed off as a healing crisis? Where my body is ridding itself of built up accumulation of toxins? Due to the sudden intake of very clean eating. My diet is as follows:-

Breakfast;

Apple Cider Vinegar mixed in water on empty stomach 30 mins before breakfast

2 Slices of Untoasted Whole Grain Bread (no butter)

3 Scrambled eggs

1 Actimel Probiotic Drink

Lunch;

1 kiwi, 1 banana, 3 dates

Dinner;

Steak, 2 slices of untrusted whole grain bread

1 cucumber cut up

1 apple

Plenty of water throughout the day.
