Hi 28m last year I lost about 25 pounds 177lbs -> 150lbs. I was eating 1500 and doing stair master 2x a day for an hour each. This was obviously a crash diet and I still looked skinny fat. Regained back all my weight due to it being unsustainable and now i’m trying to cut weight the correct way.
it’s been about 2 months and i’ve been eating at 2200 cals -> 2000 cals with 10k - 15k steps a day. my scale has been stagnant this whole time ranging around 174-176.
Do i need to cut more calories/are my cutting calories really that low?
