Hello. I am around 17 years old and I weigh around 100kg and I am around 170cm tall, I’m in a really bad situation, I know. I’m suffering to lose weight mostly due to my diet. I don’t think it’s safe for me to follow crash diets like keto and I live in an environment filled with fatty/sugary foods everywhere. I have been increasingly exercising, currently walking for a whole hour on a treadmill at 15% incline and around 4-4.5km/h. But diet is my main problem rn. I don’t what to eat or how to prepare it, I try to fast a lot but I mostly end up folding when I’m in bed too hungry to sleep, that’s when I end killing most of my progress. Please, I need help.
