I have been eating a couple of subway 6" subs, including a turkey sub that clocked in around 400 cals and a cold cut combo that clocks in around 450 according to their menu. Well now the turkey clocks in at 450 and club clocks in at 480. No mention of the change, but I find that really disappointing. Nearly every single sub now has increased by 30 to 50 calories or more. Not that it is a huge change, but I tend to eat the same things over and over (helps keep me on track) and if I hadn't checked ....
