Continuing weight loss

Hello, I recently hit 100lbs down using a GLP-1, while it’s changed my life I am ready to quit and lose 30 more lbs on my own. For reference I’m 25f 5’10 220lbs. I have been overweight my whole life so I have never really been on a “diet” until I got on the GLP-1, but honestly I couldn’t have lost the weight without it. I feel confident in myself now to do it on my own with diet and exercise. As a beginner, what do you guys recommend? I’ve seen counting calories/ counting macros, but I don’t know the difference ( sorry if I sound dumb). I’m scared to do this without the medicine, but it’s time. Any advice for a beginner is greatly appreciated! Also, what apps do you recommend.
