Trying to stop depreciating myself and my body. 27M

In this month alone I went from 237lbs to 208lbs. That’s great right? But to me it doesn’t feel like an accomplishment. It just feels like an endless loop that I can’t get through.

While this was a great accomplishment. I’ve just been so hard on myself. Always blaming myself for everything. Hard on my body image and just over thinking the dating world. How to I feel positive about something I just hate?? this feeling won’t go away until I finally get to being fit. And I’m afraid of how that’s going to turn out when inevitably deal with loose skin and gaining muscle.

How do you all compensate for this feeling when you are not being able to see yourself worthy of dating someone, whether a woman or a man?
