I had successful HCG round in 2020, before the whole shelter in place. I lost around 40 pounds and felt great afterwards. I kept the weight off for years. Skinny privilege is real and it felt like I went from living life in the shadows to being invited to things. It’s sad how different people treat you. If you’re going through it now-it’s not in your head.
I went back to school and picked up a bad habit of snacking while studying. This caused me to gain weight and I’m on a journey to lose it again. I had a lot of success with the HCG diet and want to try it again.
I just looked at Dr. Lipman's HCG diet version. It's a lot more forgiving. Has anyone that has had a successful round on the HCG diet have any easy prepared food tips for phase 2? I looked up some of the old foods that I used during my first round and a lot of ingredients have changed to increase sugar, fat, or carbs. Some of the stuff I was able to eat on my phase 2 first round (and not stall) was:
Daily Breakfast of 2 boiled eggs
Sparkling Ice drinks daily
Power Water daily (sad that they discontinued it)
2 pieces of KFC Grilled chicken, multiple times a week
Anyone have any tips that helped them out during their HCG diet journey? Thank you in advance.
