Hi guys, has anyone experienced feeling really nauseous in the mornings while dieting? So far I have lost 5 pounds and I feel very sick and sometimes get migraines with the nausea in the morning. After I eat, it goes away partially, but i still feel it a fair amount during the day. Any advice or experiences would be welcome, thank you!
I’ll put my stats below, I am also taking birth control and antidepressants, thinking that might play into it.
5’4 150lbs 1,200 cal total per day Activity: 1 hour walk a day + 30 min weights(sometimes)
