I need tips and recommendations

Hi, I just joined this reddit group because I personally think it will help me throughout my weight loss journey.

I, 18 M is struggling to lose my weight. My weight as of now is somethjng between 115 kg to 110. Ever since I was a kid, I always have this big appetite over food and I have this serious struggles over controlling it. I also want to change because my bloodline has diabetes and I do hope I do not get one.

This January, I started going on gym occasionally (3 to 4 times per week). I thought I was doing it right bht suddenly I lost motivation because of the lack materials I have such as food scale and other food measurements in our house.

I really do wanna get better this time, I do not want to drink tons of water before eating so that I can feel full, I do not want to be ashamed for buying extra sized clothes, I just want to enjoy the food without feeling guilty, and I want to look better because I am tired of all the people shaming me.
