possible trigger warning for ED stuff! :)
i have always struggled with eating disorders, and this year i had a really difficult few months. ended up relapsing and my ED was the worst it had ever gotten. i’m 5’5 and got down to about 108. not tiny, but really lean for how i usually am. since then, i’ve recovered and (naturally) gotten a little fluffy (about 135). right now i’m about 7-10lbs heavier than what i’d consider my healthiest, strongest weight. i feel pretty bad about myself (both about my looks and my physical abilities) and i want to get back to that healthy weight, as well as put on more muscle since i lost most of it when i was deep in my ED.
does anyone have any insights? tips for weightloss without triggering a relapse?
i understand working with a dietician and/or therapist would be ideal but i don’t really have the means for that right now. anything helps! :)
