Suggestions for low calorie snacks / meals I can buy from the supermarket and eat on the go) (UK based and veggie)

I'm looking for stuff I can carry to work or carry in my bag (e.g. for a hike) on days I don't feel like cooking a meal. Ideally looking for something that's high protein or high fiber. I don't eat eggs so that reduces my options slightly!

My current favourites:

  • Nomadic yogurt & oat clusters (300 calories)
  • Protein powder & water (78 calories)
  • Kellogg's nutrigrain bars (130 calories)
  • Rice crackers and peanut butter (100 calories depending on the amount)

These are all snacks so it would be great to hear recommendations for a meal as I haven't been able to find any apart from the Tesco meal deal sandwiches (which is good in a pinch - but would want to look for something healthier!)
