Losing weight while traveling 10 months a year?

I travel for work almost 9-10 months each year, any tips on losing weight and eating healthy when I won’t have access to a kitchen or even a microwave most of the time?
I stay in hotels around 250 nights a year, most of the hotels my company pays for are brands like Hilton or Marriott, and the in room amenities are usually just a mini fridge. Only about 10% even have a microwave. And almost never do they have any other kitchen appliances, like the extended stay properties. I am looking for suggestions on where I can go for food? Restaurants just aren’t healthy enough to lose weight for the most part. I have access to the fitness center at most hotels but I am also unsure what machines would be the most efficient to use. Any suggestions on restaurants or grocery stores where I can get food that doesn’t need to be prepared. I exclusively travel in the United States.
