Losing just a little bit - wanna stay on track!

Hi everyone! New to this sub and just want some advice.

I am 22M, 5'10", and weightlift 5x/week (or try to). I alternate between chest/arms, shoulders/back, and legs. I've been good at tracking my food through myfitnesspal, and over the course of about two years i dropped from ~189 to 166 lbs at my lowest, usually weighing around 168ish (big drop, which I'm proud of!). Last summer I was also doing the occasional run when I had time and I felt great. This summer, I feel that I'm gaining weight again slowly. Yesterday I weighed myself around 175 (which seems like a fluke since my friends and I went out for ice cream, it was around 173 the day before). Even still, it's a bit higher than I would like. Ideally I want to be in the 168-170 range - I feel the most confident there.

Any recommendations on changes I can make? I feel like there is some kind of stalling in my progress going on that is causing this. I will note that I still feel confident and this is not a huge weight gain by any means, my clothes still fit and I still feel like I look good in general. Not trying to become insanely cut, just some good body recomposition. I did buy a food scale and realized that my portions were probably not ideal, so will be trying that first. Just curious how I can help get back into that ideal range. Thank you for your help!

Here are my changes since January of this year, ignoring today which seemed like a fluke (via my VeSync scale):

(obviously these are not perfect as this was a $20 scale off Amazon, lol)
