I need help, 16F 260LB 5’2.

Hello, I want to lose the weight I’ve gained over the years. Im a 16 year old girl, around 260lbs, and im rather short at 5’2.

Im stubby, and im built like a goddamn brick. I have alot of fat in my thigh, back, arms, and stomach i want to lose. I gained it all over the years, quarantine hit me like a train and thats mostly where i gained around 100lbs. I have a suspected binge eating disorder too, which sucks. I love to eat, its really comforting. I love to eat carbs which im working on cutting out but i keep finding myself eating 2 peanut butter jelly sandwiches, a whole bag of sweets, whole things of deli meats / cheeses, and a whole bunch. I often wake up finding all my food / snacks I’ve had gone.

I only drink water, no soda no juice or anything, maybe only once a month but if so its only a small glass as i dont really like it.

I like veggies and fruits like carrots, apples, strawberries, bananas, broccoli, but getting my hands on them is kinda hard. I also like meats and proteins, so that isn’t much of a problem.

My weight hasnt really impacted me except for some pain. I have perfect blood samples and surpisngly, the doctors say i have some of the cleanest blood they’ve seen. Im just fat as hell.

We have a treadmill and some weights downstairs, today i did 20 minutes of walking on the speeds 1.5-2.5. Then i did 5 minutes of some kettlebells. I plan to keep up this little exercise 3-4 times a week. With break days in between where i just do a brisk walk on the treadmill.

With all this, could i get any advice? Please and thank you.
