New to weight loss so please excuse any ignorance.
I'm 19f, 5"4, 63kgs, have approximately 33% body fat, 23.4 BMI.The main weight is in my belly and thighs.
My goal weight is 55kgs.
According to my calorie calculator, I need to be having 1200 calories a day to lose 0.5kg a week.
How long is it realistically going to take to get to my target? I'm hoping before Christmas
Also:
How much should I be working out? I have access to an exercise bike, and 1kg dumbbells lol but I can buy more equipment if needed (don't want to use the gym)
Should I be taking creatine/whey protein?
