Help me lose weight. What exercises should I do to lose fat but at home.

Details-

  • Age: 14
  • Gender: Male
  • Weight- 167lbs
  • Height- 165cm

I need help losing fat, I am thinking of doing a 500 calorie deficit under my recommended calorie intake and walking but I think that isn't enough.

Also cutting down sugar and substituting coke zero for sweet cravings. But whenever I see something sweet or unhealthy at home, I want to eat it.

Whenever I try to go for a walk, after a few days I get bored. Also, could lifting weights help me without stunting my growth?

Please tell any additional stuff I can do and any other exercises that could help me lose fat.
