I 20F, 5'8, 233lbs, want to finally start losing weight.
I've been not exactly in the greatest of headspaces for the past few years, especially when it comes to my body image. It's been very difficult for me to get out of bed most days, but I've started making progress on trying to move around and do something everyday, even if it's just to clean my room a bit or go on a quick drive.
Since I've been getting out more, I realized I've been genuinely much happier, and have been feeling better as well. It's made me want to really get into exercising, and start making a difference in my appearance and habits.
Right now I'm trying to put together some kind of exercise routine. A family member just recently got me a gym membership, so I'm trying to figure out what the best routine would be to get me started. I really want to improve my endurance, especially when walking or running so I can keep up with my friends whenever we go out for long periods of time. Cardio and Strength are what I'd like to focus on. I'd love routine recommendations if you all have any.
