Breakthrough periods

Hello,

So a "secret" to my weight loss is that I am doing portion control and also burning 600-700 calories a day to make up the difference between the 2000 calories a day down to my weight loss goal of 1400 calories a day. I do this so I am not hungry, hit all my macros and in general feel great with both my energy levels and body.

However, I am experiencing breakthrough periods that I have never experienced previously and it is definitely related to the exercise as I have never exercised this intensely before. It is not a significant amount (think streaks) and I am on no discomfort, just wondering if there are tips (other than wearing a pad) that I should know about.
