first post ever but hey so i've lost around 20kgs and i was 40kg a week ago, ever since i've binged last friday to an upwards of probably 10k i've literally had so much fluid retention and gained so much weight to the point i cant tell if it's water weight or not. my thighs are so swollen with my feet and i literally cannot walk at all. i'm binging every single day to an upwards of 5k calories properly and i don't even enjoy the food anymore i'm just doing it like it's a marathon or hobby to indulge in and i don't know why this keeps happening to me... even my own family try to help me... i was so toned but now i'm starting to feel skin on my body ( my breasts have enlarged ) and feel my definition escaping and i'm beyond terrified... i'm just wondering how to get of this problem because it's affecting my every day with me not being able to concentrate on the simplest things like even studying or even paying attention in class. i don't even like the food i'm just eating for the sake of it... even when the food is hid i'm still eating it and i'm beyond disgusted.. my body doesn't even feel like it's full as well afterwards ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
