365 to 170

In 2021 I decided to change my life for my children to be a good role model for them and better myself on the journey…

I started with an aggressive calories deficit with intense cardio (peloton bike) almost every day for roughly a year with mixed in weight lifting I went from 365lbs to 170lbs

From 170lbs I progressively put more muscle and weight on and I’m am comfortable at 215-220lbs which is sustainable and suitable for my height being 6ft tall… I’ve learned a lot about my body and how it react to different meal plans and dieting but what I have learned most is intermittent fasting mixed with a form of intense cardio will burn any fat you have over time!

Also it was cool to see transformation as I took picture along the way!
