Trying to Start a Healthier Lifestyle

I want to be very strict about being healthy/losing weight but I don't know where to start. I feel like there are many aspects of my life that are unhealthy and if I cut everything out all at once cold turkey it's going to be near impossible. I wanted some advice on how I can gradually get to that point. Here is a breakdown of my current lifestyle:

  • I have been smoking weed every day for 9 years. I still smoke every day but now it's only when I get home from work.
  • I vape 5% nicotine juice and have been for the last 3 months, every day whenever I can
  • I am 290 pounds, 5'8
  • I do not exercise
  • I do not stretch
  • I eat fast food almost every day and when I do not I overindulge on home cooked meals
  • I get about 6 hours of sleep a night on average
  • I had a history of bulimia
  • I have lost weight in the past, up to 75 pounds before, but gained it all back since and then some.
  • I have a gym in my apartment building
