Over the years I've tried to use other people's photos for inspiration, like those already in the fitness industry. But I've always been very aware, that not everyone has the same structure and also trying to look like someone who is 5'7" is not ideal when only 5'2", for example.
I was trying to research to see with updated technology if there are any apps that can potentially show you what you could look like with less weight and/or if you lifted weights. Kind of like when they use the aging software to find missing persons. The only thing I could find was EnvisionBody, but no real feedback on it.
Has anyone here used it, or have any side by side photos showing your before, what the app showed you could look like, and what you actually look like after progress? Curious if it works or if this is just a hopeless rabbit hole to go down.
