Hi! I was a twenty year, heavy daily cannabis smoker who (shockingly) became extremely overweight.
I'm now nearing forty years old, quit the weed about a year ago and recently began a serious diet hoping to lose weight and feel great!
The problem I'm having is that I'm constantly feeling high since I've started losing. Having read a few things it seems I've been storing THC in the fat I accumulated and now it's being burnt off, it's releasing back into my bloodstream and I feel pretty wasted at times!
Has anyone else experienced this? Or any idea how to lessen the effect?
I found it pretty hard to quit so it's somewhat disappointing to think I might feel like this for the entire time I'm dieting.
On the plus side, free weed!
