hey there everyone, it’s my first post on this group!! I’m a 21F, 5’9 and i weigh 121lbs (55kg) as of this morning. I am already relatively skinny and have been active my whole life (did ballet for 16 years, pole dance, aerial and the list goes on). I’ve always been around 120 to 128 lbs.
However, I really really want to lose an extra at least 6 to 10 lbs because i will start a yoga and pilates training degree in July and want to look and feel the lightest possible. i’m on a 1400 cals deficit already but still stuck at 121 lbs. The scale won’t go down for the past 2-3 weeks that i’ve maintained the deficit
I eat the same everyday, 2 small yogurts, one meal from my student residency (i calculate it very precisely i think) and fruits after. Has anyone got any advice on how to lose that stubborn last weight ? I think i’ll be able to maintain it when i reach my goal weight
Also , i don’t think it’s feasible for me to drop to 1000 cals like chat gpt (yes i got that desperate) suggested. it’s too low. (maybe i could try though for a few days and see how that goes). has anyone experienced something similar?
