25F, 5'7", SW 154 lbs, CW 127 lbs, GW 120 lbs
I've been doing CICO since September (around 1200-1400 cal/day), incorporating both strength training and cardio.However, over the past month, I've noticed a significant increase in hunger, often leading to overeating and feeling like I'm no longer making progress. Additionally, my energy levels have dropped,I feel more fatigued, struggle to do as much in the gym, and have been skipping cardio more often, even though I used to enjoy it.
Given these challenges, would it be better to take a maintenance break for 3-4 months before resuming calorie deficit? Or should I push through and work toward losing the last 7 pounds now? I’d love to hear your thoughts, experiences and advice! Thanks!
