Losing 20-25kgs in 4 months?

Male, 21yo, 177cm and at 100kg right now - used to be 115 twice, once during lockdown and another time during summer 2022, then I tried to lose some, got to 100 in summer 2023, in Fall 2023 I managed to lose 12kgs more in three months through calorie cut, protein focus and jogging, but I slowly started gaining it back in 2024 because of how I started to rely less on cutting calories and probably consumed way more without tracking, long story short, I got back to 100kg as of today.

My goal weight is 75kg, so I was wondering what tips you have to consistently lose weight + avoid the quick gain-backs. I used to be always overweight since I was 7, before that I used to be super skinny, so 14 years of overweight/obesity have been painful with my parents negligence because of their own issues.

I know many people have it worse but what makes me feel like shit is my lack of discipline, and how I gained back what I’ve lost.
