I learned self control with food, and learned to enjoy exercise. I lost 60-70 pounds in total and I've gained back 5 (185 to now 190).
I started taking birth control and no, the birth control isn't making me gain weight but it IS making me SO hungry (hormone related, I'm guessing) and for some reason it's hard to fight off the cravings (especially in the morning). It was easy before but now when I want to eat, I eat.
I really wanted to get to 160 pounds, or 150, it was my ideal weight "area" throughout all of my eating. I feel stuck and I also feel big again even though I'm still 190 pounds. I don't know what to do to help change my habits again, or revert, other than getting off birth control, which I don't want to do because my periods are normal now (and they weren't before).
It feels like I can't win in this situation. Sorry for the TMI but I'm hoping someone might understand my struggles, lol.
