Apple Watch calories accuracy

Hi everyone! Hope this post is okay in this subđŸ«¶đŸŒ Over the last year I’ve lost about 18 kg, yay, and I’m finally at a point where I mostly want to put on muscle! I still have some fat to lose (i think, or maybe I’m just skinny fat), and I’ve heard about body recomposition which I think is perfect for me. According to the research I’ve done about body recomposition I have to eat in a small deficit or maintenance, which I just can’t figure out! And this is where my questions comes in, according to my Apple Watch I only burn about 2000 calories a day, which I feel like isn’t a lot compared to what calculators online claims someone with my stats burns. And all I’ve heard is that Apple Watches overestimates how much you actually burn throughout the day, so i might be burning even less than that? What is everyone’s experience with this? For reference I’m F26, 57kg and 168cm. I always get my 10.000 steps in, strength train 3 times a week and run 2 times a week.
