looking for weight-loss guidance

For context, I am 5’7, 187 pound (F) My goal weight is around 150.

The last month I have been tracking everything I have been eating 1600 cals a day, focusing protein intake (120-150g of protein a day) and mostly eat whole foods.

I workout 4x5 times a week (used to in the gym but just doing at home resistance training/ Pilates since I have an injury currently).

The last 3 weeks I’ve been weighing myself and have noticed little to no change. My question is, is 1600 calories too low of a deficit? Or has not enough time passed? I am 100% sure I’ve been tracking my food accurately.

My sister who is a personal trainer says I probably need to up the calories but I’d like to get other opinions.

Thanks!
