Feeling defeated

20F here, I used to be 50kg (5foot1) then all of a sudden I developed a binge/over eating habit in January 2024 and within 3 months I reached 66kg. I have not been able to kick this addiction since or lose any weight. I feel like I have tried everything…mindful eating, completely abstaining from trigger foods, intermittent fasting/other diets and I have failed at them all. This is been my strongest addiction yet. I have managed to quit nicotine and alcohol but this feels impossible. I feel so miserable about my health and weight. I rarely have any binge free days anymore. I have no control and completely addicted to food. I regularly exercise but it’s completely pointless. I guess I’m looking for a bit of hope or suggestions that might help me.
