I know I can do this for a couple of months and I will see results

I'm on a calorie deficit and trying to get in some steps every day. But it's the waiting. I need to keep my days full. Being bored or anxious makes me want to eat when I'm not hungry.

But I need to remember how amazing it will feel to sit and do my job and know I feel comfortable in my clothes. My job is about appearances as well as entertainment, so it would give me such a boost.

Gosh, I will be counting down the days.... it's day 2.

Can I stick with this? What happens on Saturday, since it's my birthday? Will I be able to hop back to it? Or shall I be strictish on that day too?
