I want to lose (ideally) up to 10kg(22lbs/2st) in the next 5 months healthily (UK)

TLDR: Basically what the title says I want to lose health ina healthy mannor I'm 160cm and want to get to about 55-57kg but currently weigh between 66-68kg (day vs night) , any advice to lose would be appreciated!

I'd like to get to this weight in the next 5-6 months !!


Some things to note:

° I have a history of ED however I have been in recovery for a while now!

° I was on beta blockers for chronic migraines till a few months ago when I changed medication

°im very anxious and I am autistic

°18 years old AFAB

° don't care how much I lose as long as I get to understand this weight in the next 5/6 months !

I'm now classed as overweight but I don't want to lose any weight in an unhealthy manner.

I weigh around 66kg in the morning and at night 67.5kg, I would like to get to a minimum of 55kg BUT 57 max ideally which I think is a healthy weight for my height (160cm) and also what it states online

Because I'm autistic I do struggle to leave the house if it's on my own or if not for something like appointments with my neurologist or if im going to work (I am unemployed and looking for work again currently)

In a month I walk about 60,000-150,000 steps and have an average metabolism

What's the best course of action to go about with losing weight in a good manner ? I know a calorie deficit is a good area to start and I do already eat quite healthy id say, but I definitely overeat occasionally

Any advice would be appreciated! <3
