So I made a quick visit to my local shop earlier, and picked up some turkey mince(ground turkey for the Americans) on reduced price as it is short dated.
It’s gone in the freezer for now, but some cool meal ideas would be great!
I’ve never had it before. I’ve had beef mince in lasagne/shepherds pie/spag Bol etc before.
I’ve seen it thrown around possibly on here? And maybe a couple other subs I’m on. I always thought it was mainly an American thing then I spotted it in the chiller in the shop and thought I’d get it to try.
