Battling the pre-period mood drop?

Don’t know if this is allowed here and also don’t know if this will make sense. But 2 weeks before my period I start experiencing a dip in my mood, then 10-7 days before things get really sad. Once my period comes I feel a lot better mentally and physically. But before then I struggle with being in control of what I eat (depressive mood -> insatiable appetite), being active, etc. I’ve been noticing more as I do this that like clockwork, this is the time I start reversing all my hard work, binge like crazy, then after my period somewhat come out of the chaos and look at what I did. I don’t want this month to be a repeat as I’m already feeling it happening.

Any chance someone can relate?
