motivation in winter

I have lost about 30-40 lbs (175ish to 130-140) and have kept it off with minor variations over the years. I would still like to lose 20-30 more. I usually meal prep, eat mostly whole foods, and get 15k steps a day. Sometimes I have binges. The last two weeks i have completely lost motivation. I had finals and it’s really cold and snowy out. I have still gotten in around 10k steps a day (on desk treadmill) and stretched for 15 min a day but I can tell it’s not enough. I’ve been eating more sugar, and I also had to quit vaping cold turkey. Had to quit drinking caffeine a few months ago too bc it started to give me anxiety. Also getting regular changes in psychiatric medications. I haven’t gained but I know if I keep this up I will. I know I need to try harder, but even putting in the effort i was previously I was stagnant. I’m scared because it’s winter break and I have no obligations and I still just am so resistant to go to the gym or get more than like 12k steps. I know I should count calories to lose weight but I haven’t been able to stay consistent with it in a long time. Any tips on motivation and staying strict w calorie counting?
