The never-ending cycle of diets and repeating old habits has me confused. I don't know how to approach myself and my situation. At my peak, I weighed 405 lbs, and at my lowest, I weighed 260 lbs. I am currently at 300lbs and feel constantly defeated. I know I do things wrong and yet I can't help it. Just ranting and feeling down about myself and the situation.
Maybe one day I'll put it all together, I'm wondering how others mentally overcome the whole challenge of it because that seems to be my issue.
